3. Retention Period
Booking data is retained for 5 years after the stay (accounting requirements). Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (cost factor 12). All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS. Data is stored on secure servers.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or to the property manager to fulfil your booking.
